This is an lemon essential oil. You can do a few things with a high grade quality essential oil. This comes with a dropper in the bottle. You can use the dropper to put just as much or little as you want out. I have used this in a aroma scented smelling container. I put my in my room and gave a new fresh scent of lemon. It is not too powerful but just enough to permeate the room. Another way you can use this essential oil is by putting a dropper into you water. When I was playing summer sports we would always put cut up lemons in the cooler of water. Well you can do the same thing but just by putting a few drops in your glass. By doing this you are giving yourself energy to keep going and speeding up your metabolism. Which means you are burning calories. I will try this. I haven't yet but a suggestion to me was made if you make your own or buy a cleaning product. You could add some drops to the product to give it a better scent. The last and final way you can use this is by massaging it into your skin. The temples would be a great place to use this with.
