Hello my lovely Obsessionista's. Today I bring you a post about a product you can use with food. It is called the Pizza Wheel Cutter by Bru Joy. I am so glad I got this and am given enough time to review this throughly. The weight of this is nice and handle is easy to hold whether you are right or lefty. I do hold things with both. So that is a big thing when I look for products.
I got this at the right time. My last one was peeling stuff off the blade. This one is stainless steel. Well made and nice weight. I would suggest to hand wash with mild soap.

First choice would to use it for cutting a pizza. Which works wonders and cuts it the first time you run the pizza cutter wheel through it.
This is a sharp blade on the wheel. It has a great thickness to the blade. Something I am sure we don't want to happen is we go to cut and the blade bends.
Look at the size of the wheel. It is a 4 inch size wheel. Nice for cutting huge pizza.
Something else you could use the pizza cutter wheel for is cutting dough. This would be great for if you want to roll out cookies and then use the cutter to make strips for cookies.
If you are getting ready to make pie dough crust that needs latices you could use this cutter and no stopping with it. Lay out a ruler and run the cutter wheel right by it and then you have the pieces needed for pie crust.

Second part of this post is about a Garlic or Ginger Press by Bru Joy. I tried it with garlic but next time I will try it when I need to add ginger to a dish.
As you can see the garlic press comes with a brush to clean out after you have use it for anything left behind. The press is made out of stainless steel 18/10. That is a high quality of stainless steel.
Easy to open and you pop in a piece of garlic here.
How you will receive your product.
I would suggestion this for a gift for the avid or lover of cooking. It has a nice hook you can hang it up if you hang your utensils.
